KEY CHANGES FOR 2026:
You will no longer get the full $1200 up front in January. You will receive $300 per quarter (Jan. 1, April 1, July 1, Oct. 1).
If an itemized receipt is needed, you have 60 days to submit. (Online, through the App, or see Kim for help).
If you do not provide a requested receipt within those 60 days, your card will be frozen. You will receive reminders both from HRPro and us if you are missing any receipts.
What expenses are covered?
Medical, dental, or vision expenses paid for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation or treatment of a disease, and for treatments affecting any part of function of the human body.
Doctor visit costs/co-pays
Prescription medications
Dentist visits
Eye doctor visits and prescription glasses/contacts
What is NOT covered?
OTC medications, vitamins, or supplements, even if prescribed by a doctor
Weight-loss programs, treatments, or medications, even if prescribed by a doctor
Cosmetic surgery
Health club or fitness dues
Massage therapy
Insurance premiums or direct primary care monthly fees
Medical services/costs incurred prior to the current calendar year
When and how do I submit receipts?
You may be asked to submit an itemized receipt to HRPro after you have used your debit card, or anytime you are requesting reimbursement.
This must be an ITEMIZED receipt that includes the provider information and exactly what services were provided. A credit card receipt IS NOT enough. If you receive an Explanation of Benefits from your insurance provider, this IS acceptable.
You will be notified in the app if a receipt is needed. You can adjust your notification preferences by logging into your account. It usually defaults to EMAIL.
You can upload the receipts to the app on your phone or through the website by logging in to your account. Kim Hamill is also available to assist.

Life Insurance is through OneAmerica Financial and all full-time staff are automatically enrolled in a group life insurance policy after 1 year of full-time employment.
This policy remains in effect while you are employed full-time, and pays out to your designated beneficiaries if you pass away during that time.
You will be asked to complete a beneficiary form when you become eligible.
